When you choose any service provided by 5U WEBSITE, it is implied that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the following terms. Please read these terms carefully, and check them frequently for any updates. 5U WEBSITE may modify and update these terms at any time, with or without notice. If you continue to use any services provided by 5U WEBSITE after updates have been published, notified nor not, it is implied that you have read, understood and agreed to accept the updates. 5U WEBSITE reserves all rights to interpret the definitions of these terms. 

Throughout these terms:

Us, we, and our(s) refer to 5U WEBSITE.

You, your(s) refer to clients of 5U WEBSITE.

1. 5U WEBSITE provides services of web-design and associated maintenance only. You must ensure that the content and use of your website does not violate any laws or regulations in any jurisdiction that applies to you. This is your sole responsibility. We are not responsible for any violation(s) of any laws caused by your website.
2. 5U WEBSITE reserves the right to refuse services to any website that we deem unacceptable for any reason, including but not limited to: websites containing pornography, violence, gambling rings, racism or profane content; websites advocating or against any individual, group, organization, religion or government; websites selling illegal materials; websites selling or disseminating copyrighted materials without permissions and authorizations; websites containing content that is not suitable for people younger than 19 years of age; and websites containing or advocating illegal activities.
3. 5U WEBSITE will not be liable for any issues related to materials you provide for web-design. These issues include but are not limited to: copyright-related issues, false, inaccurate, or misleading information. 5U WEBSITE reserves the right to refuse any materials.
4. When you enter into a web-design agreement with 5U WEBSITE, you must pay a deposit of 50% of the project total cost. We will then commence design of your project according to the outline and specific instructions of the agreement. When finished, we will present you with a design draft and modify it according to your comments. We will present the outcome after each revision, and implement your feedback for the next presentation, if required. You are entitled to a maximum of 3 (three) revisions, providing that each revision represents less than 30% of the entire project. Once all revisions are complete, we begin to produce standard website files. The files will be displayed to you once they are available. We will correct all mistakes/bugs according to your feedback, if there are any. You will be expected to pay the balance of account once the corrections are complete.
5. Until the balance of your account is paid in full, unless with legal authorization from 5U WEBSITE, you cannot use, copy, modify, edit, publish, or disseminate any work done by us.
6. After the balance of your account is paid in full, all web pages and their corresponding files belong to you and you can publish and use them on the Internet. However, you cannot resell, lease or by other means give them to any third party individuals or agencies. 5U WEBSITE reserves the creator’s copyright for all content we create, such as text, graphics, videos, audios, and source codes.
7. After the full amount is paid, 5U WEBSITE must provide the electronic final copies of all webpage files and corresponding files (not including the interim files) to you. If you are using our web-hosting services, 5U WEBSITE must upload all files to the hosting server.
8. During the web design process, if you fail to respond to our emails and/or phone calls for a continuous period of time not to exceed 3 (three) months and we fail to establish communication with you via any of the contact information you have provided, you are deemed to have withdrawn from the web design contract.
9. If you withdraw from the web design project for any reason after having signed a contract with 5U WEBSITE, any and all payments made to 5U WEBSITE will not be refunded, and you are liable for the full amount of the contract.
10. Circumstances beyond our control: Notwithstanding any other provision of this Policy, non-performance by us of our obligations under this Policy shall be excused, without liability for non-performance, during the time and to the extent that such performance is prevented, wholly or partly, by any act of God, fire, earthquake, storm, flood, landslide, strike, lockout, work stoppage or other labour hindrance, explosion or public mains electrical supply failure, sabotage, riot, civil disturbance, national emergency, terrorism, act of war or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
