You, your(s) refer to clients of 5U WEBSITE.

1. You are liable for all charges to your account. Charges to your account are due and payable in full by the due date noted on your invoice. If you pay by mail or through a financial institution, please allow adequate time for your payment to reach us prior to the due date.
2. If payment of an amount owing on your account is not received by us by the due date specified by us, it will be considered a delinquent amount and will be subject to a late payment charge of 2% interest per month, calculated and compounded monthly (26.82% per year) from the date of the first invoice on which the delinquent amount appears until the date we receive such amount in full. If payment of an outstanding amount on your account is not received by us by the due date specified by us, we may stop providing services to your website immediately. You are liable for any loss caused by such suspension. In order to restore the service, you must pay the outstanding balance in full plus an administrative fee of $100.00 plus applicable taxes.
3. Charges commence on the date of the initial activation of your account.
4. You agree that the billing information you provided to 5U WEBSITE is current and accurate, and you agree to notify us of any change in your information.
5. You agree that any questions or discrepancies regarding charges must be reported to us within 90 days of the date of our invoice. Failure to notify us within this time period will constitute your acceptance of such charges.
6. You agree that you can terminate partial or all services you have subscribed to upon notifying 5U WEBSITE 30 days prior to termination date. You also agree that 5U WEBSITE may discontinue partial or all services to which you subscribe upon providing you with 30 days notice. Furthermore, you agree that 5U WEBSITE shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the services.
7. You agree that, although 5U WEBSITE is responsible to correct any problems that originate with our services, we will not be liable for any consequence caused by these problems or by suspension of your account.
8. 5U WEBSITE will not be liable for any consequence caused by hacking activities.
9. Although 5U WEBSITE will periodically backup most websites (except websites and databases that are larger than 3 Gb in size), it is your responsibility to perform your own backup according to your own needs. As backup is not always available, 5U WEBSITE will not be liable for any type of data loss.
10. 5U WEBSITE will not be liable for any issues with web pages or websites not hosted by us.
11. 5U WEBSITE will not be liable for any dissention between you and visitors to your website.
12. You are liable for all issues of your electronic commerce. You must understand and adhere to applicable regulations and laws. You are responsible for your business’s operations and activities.
13. 5U WEBSITE is not liable for any technical issues caused by the website itself.
14. Circumstances beyond our control: Notwithstanding any other provision of this Policy, non-performance by us of our obligations under this Policy shall be excused, without liability for non-performance, during the time and to the extent that such performance is prevented, wholly or partly, by any act of God, fire, earthquake, storm, flood, landslide, strike, lockout, work stoppage or other labour hindrance, explosion or public mains electrical supply failure, sabotage, riot, civil disturbance, national emergency, terrorism, act of war or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
