When you choose any service provided by 5U WEBSITE, it is implied that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the following terms. Us, we and our(s) refer to 5U WEBSITE.
You, your(s) refer to clients of 5U WEBSITE.

1. You are liable for all charges to your account. Charges to your account are due and payable in full by the due date noted on your invoice. If you pay by mail or through a financial institution, please allow adequate time for your payment to reach us prior to the due date. Failure to do so can lead to the loss of domain(s).
2. You agree that any questions or discrepancies regarding charges must be reported to us within 90 days of the date of our invoice. Failure to notify us within this time period will constitute your acceptance of such charges.
3. 5U WEBSITE manages your domain(s) only; you own the domain(s) we registered on your behalf.
4. The responsibility to verify whether the domain name you select or its use infringes on the legal rights of others rests with you. Furthermore, you must investigate and understand all other regulations of domain registration.
5. Although 5U WEBSITE can help you to register domains, you have the right to transfer a domain away from us and manage it by yourself. You must provide us with the correct technical information to perform this task. We charge an administrative fee of $100.00 plus applicable taxes to transfer a domain away from us.
6. All domains registered by or transferred to 5U WEBSITE cannot be transferred away within 90 days of the initial date of registration or transfer in.
7. All newly registered or transferred domains may take a few days to propagate across the whole Internet, usually 48 hours.
8. 5U WEBSITE is liable for the technical maintenance of domains only and will not be liable for any non-technical related problems.
9. It is your responsibility to keep all records of registration private. Releasing such information may cause your domain to be stolen.
10. 5U WEBSITE provides you with an option to manage your domain easily; we will not be liable for any loss related to your domain.
11. You cannot maintain a domain while it is being managed by 5U WEBSITE. You can, however, transfer the domain away from us to start alternate maintenance.
12. Circumstances beyond our control: Notwithstanding any other provision of this Policy, non-performance by us of our obligations under this Policy shall be excused, without liability for non-performance, during the time and to the extent that such performance is prevented, wholly or partly, by any act of God, fire, earthquake, storm, flood, landslide, strike, lockout, work stoppage or other labour hindrance, explosion or public mains electrical supply failure, sabotage, riot, civil disturbance, national emergency, terrorism, act of war or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
